These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and p88888 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the p88888 website located at https://p88888.cam and any related services, features, content, applications or tools made available through the platform (collectively, the "Platform").

p88888 reserves the right to monitor user activity on the Platform to ensure compliance with these conduct standards and to cooperate with law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

p88888 is an information and content platform and does not directly process deposits, withdrawals or any financial transactions on behalf of users. All financial activity takes place directly between the User and the relevant Third-Party Operator through that operator's own payment systems.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p88888 and its directors, officers, employees, agents and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:

1. Your access to, use of, or inability to use the Platform;
2. Any reliance placed on information published on the Platform;
3. Any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in the Platform's content;
4. Interruptions, delays or failures in the operation of the Platform;
5. Any financial losses incurred through the use of a Third-Party Operator's services;
6. Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account or data;
7. Any conduct or content of any third party on or through the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

p88888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account and access to the Platform, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity;
• Provision of false identity information or age misrepresentation;
• Creation of multiple Accounts in violation of the single-account policy;
• Any conduct that p88888 determines, in its reasonable discretion, to be harmful to the Platform, other users or the reputation of the brand.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, your right to access the Platform terminates immediately. Sections of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law — shall continue to apply in full.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which p88888 is formally registered and licensed. p88888 does not represent that its services are appropriate or lawfully available in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails to produce a resolution within thirty (30) calendar days, the dispute may be referred to arbitration or submitted to the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under the applicable consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Pakistani users retain any mandatory legal rights available to them under Pakistani law regardless of any conflicting provision in this Agreement.

p88888 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Amended Terms will be effective immediately upon publication on this page, unless a future effective date is specified in the revised document.

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly alter user rights, introduce new obligations or change core terms of use — we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice through a conspicuous notice on the Platform homepage or through direct communication to registered Account holders.
